Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Chef O is a proud Cleveland native and graduate of Glenville High School who turned his lifelong love for food into a culinary journey that inspires the community.  Growing up, Chef O discovered that cooking was more than just preparing meals, it was a way to bring people together, create memories, and build something positive. Through determination, hard work, and a commitment to change his path, he transformed his passion for food into a career dedicated to serving his city.

 

Chef O has become a recognized name in Cleveland’s culinary scene, earning accolades including the prestigious Taste of Cleveland title and gaining a reputation for creating flavorful dishes that leave a lasting impression. His culinary experience includes working in respected Cleveland kitchens such as Floods and The Tomo, where he continued to sharpen his craft and develop his signature style. Today, Chef O continues his mission of bringing quality food and unforgettable flavors to the community as a part owner of Made From Scratch and the creative force behind Sorry We're Open, a food experience built around his love for bold flavors, comfort food, and Cleveland pride.

Behind every great meal is someone who pours their heart into every detail, and Chef D embodies that spirit. A proud Cleveland, Ohio native and graduate of John Marshall High School, Chef D is known throughout the community as one of the hardest-working women in Cleveland.  Her dedication to serving others extends far beyond the kitchen. As the owner and operator of Beast Enterprises, a local lawn care company, Chef D has built a reputation for reliability, determination, and a strong work ethic. She also dedicates part of her time to assisting individuals with MR/DD needs, continuing her commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of others.

 

While Chef D wears many hats, her greatest connection with the community has always been through food. For years, her famous Sunday meals have brought family, friends, and neighbors together around the table. Known for her soulful cooking, comforting flavors, and homemade touch, Chef D has created a tradition centered around love, connection, and good eats.
